Challenge
Scandinavian Executive wanted to optimize the user experience on their website. It had to accomodate two distinctly different target groups - companies in need of temporary hiring and professionals interested in filling such roles.
Research
Competitor mapping revealed that the current visual identity could be more suitable for the audiences. Stakeholder interviews concluded that while both target groups are key, companies in need of swift interm assistance are most relevant in the short term.
Solution
A new brand identity was designed to center people, the main asset of Scandinavian Executive. The website was optimized to enable quick understanding by companies. Alternative routes were established for interim consultants to login and apply.
