Context
Challenge
The clinic was expanding its service offering of "treatments" into a category of its own. Such renewal had to be reflected on the website and through the brand. It also needed local adaptation to the Swedish and Danish market.
Research
Stakeholder research revealed the need for a clearer user journey on the website and a distinctive brand expressing the human body respectfully. Clearer conceptualisation was also needed for all service categories and local needs were identified in Denmark.
Solution
The website is based on the selection of either ”Treatments” or ”Plastic Surgery”. Modest graphics put the human body in focus. A new image language was designed to celebrate natural beauty. Local adaptations provide Danish people with key information about undergoing treatment abroad.
